PrimeCare Chiropractic provides personalized, patient-centered chiropractic care in Frisco, Texas. Led by Jin Jong, DC, a Texas-licensed chiropractor with more than 10 years of experience, our clinic is committed to helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to work, exercise, family activities, and everyday life with greater comfort and confidence.

We believe that every patient deserves attentive care and a treatment plan designed around their individual needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Dr. Jong carefully evaluates each patient’s symptoms, medical history, posture, movement, occupational demands, and functional limitations. Treatment recommendations are based on the examination findings and the patient’s personal recovery goals.

PrimeCare Chiropractic evaluates and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder and hip pain, sciatica, headaches, muscle tension, joint stiffness, postural problems, and sports-related injuries. We also provide chiropractic care for patients experiencing whiplash, spinal pain, numbness, tingling, restricted movement, and other musculoskeletal symptoms following car accidents and personal injury incidents.

Our services include chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, trigger point therapy, massage therapy, postural training, lifestyle guidance, and nutritional recommendations. Depending on the patient’s condition and individual needs, care may also incorporate the Graston Technique®, RockTape®, Kinesio Tape®, TENS, electrical muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, and cold or heat therapy.

Our approach combines gentle, hands-on chiropractic treatment with rehabilitative care to address pain, muscular tension, restricted movement, weakness, and functional limitations. We take time to listen to each patient’s concerns, explain the examination findings, and provide clear guidance throughout the treatment process. If a patient’s symptoms require care outside the scope of chiropractic treatment, an appropriate medical evaluation or referral may be recommended.

PrimeCare Chiropractic also welcomes car accident and personal injury patients in a variety of situations. We work with personal injury attorneys and accept Letters of Protection for qualifying cases, subject to review. Patients do not need to have an attorney before scheduling an evaluation. We also accept eligible Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payments benefits when available through the patient’s auto insurance policy. Coverage, benefit limits, LOP acceptance, and payment arrangements depend on the individual policy and circumstances of each case.
